NEWS The City of Orange earns $1 Million grant for Elementary School Safety Improvement Program Orange, NJ  - The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) announced that the Transportation Alternatives and Safe Routes to School Program awarded a $1 Million grant to The City of Orange Township.
