City of Orange Township launches K-9 Unit The Orange Police Department introduces its new canine unit at the Orange Police Department on at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 15. The K-9 will be a German Shepard, purchased from Tarheel Canine in North Carolina The dog will serve multiple purposes: specializing in narcotics, tracing for articles and handler protection.
