Weldon Montague III takes pride in helping individuals in his community.  This includes the economically disadvantaged, people needing Welfare to Work, ex-offenders, individuals with disabilities, and any one that has barriers and is uninformed of opportunities that can benefit them and their families. His work doesn’t stop there:  Monty is renowned as an excellent job skills facilitator who excels in gang intervention.  In addition, Councilman Montague is a motivational speaker.  He has coached baseball at every level in the City of Orange for more than ten years.  He has always been very active in recreation programs, and has coordinated job readiness programs at Orange High School.
