Select the topic question "I want to request a copy of my immunization record from NJIIS." This will open the help center request form (ticket). Click on link “Request a copy of NJIIS Immunization Record". This will open the IMM-46 form which you need to complete. You can attach the form directly to this ticket. Tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning, September 8, trucks will collect bulk materials from Orange residents such as furniture and other household items. Please neatly place all acceptable items at curbside on your lawn for collection. There will be a dumpster for additional bulk items at the Old Police Station, located at 595 Lincoln Avenue for West and South ward residents There will also be a dumpster at the Public Works yard located at 24 South Center Street for East and North Ward residents. For Relief From the Heat – Come to the Cooling Station

Mayor Dwayne Warren wants you to know that for your health and safety, a cooling station has been set up for residents looking for relief from the hot weather. Please go to Our Lady of the Valley Church, located at 510 Valley Street in Orange , which has been established as a cooling station. This cooling station will be open this Thursday through Saturday, from 12:00 noon until 10:00 pm. Masks will be required and social distancing rules will be in effect. Thank you and stay safe.
