Orange Police Department OPERATION HITECH DRIVING SCHOOL - On July 14, 2020, the Orange Police Department Street Crimes Gang & Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant operation dubbed "OPERATION HITECH DRIVING SHOOL" as a result of a long-term investigation into illegal gambling in the area of 122 South Center Street. 122 SOUTH CENTER STREET, ORANGE NEW JERSEY 07050 Kelvis Martinezgil and Jean Raymond were the targets of this investigation involving illegal gambling.  Detectives from the Orange Police Department Street Crimes Gang & Narcotics Task Force conducted covert purchases of illegal lottery tickets at this location.  It was determined [...]
