General Election Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - Amid the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 177 on August 14, 2020 to create a modified vote-by-mail (VBM) election for the November 3rd General Election. The County Clerk will send VBM ballots with pre-paid postage to all active registered voters. Ballots can be returned to via a secure drop box, the United States Postal Service (USPS), to the County Board of Elections or an Orange polling location on Election Day.
