The City of Orange Department of Public Works Leaf Collection Regulations LEAF COLLECTION BEGINS OCTOBER 15th THROUGH DECEMBER 15th, 2018 ALL leaves and/or yard waste MUST be bagged in BIODEGRADABLE PAPER BAGS or placed in containers not exceeding 35 gallons. NO PLASTIC BAGS WILL BE ACCEPTED! All branches must be cut and tied in bundles no longer than four feet in length.
