The City of Orange Department of Public Works Leaf Collection Regulations LEAF COLLECTION BEGINS OCTOBER 15th THROUGH DECEMBER 15th, 2018 ALL leaves and/or yard waste MUST be bagged in BIODEGRADABLE PAPER BAGS or placed in containers not exceeding 35 gallons.
