DEAR ORANGE RESIDENTS:
We hope that your and your family are well protected against the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. We came together to give information relating to concerns about our community’s general health and welfare. This volunteer task force will monitor policies related to COVID-19. Many of us are dealing with economic and housing challenges due to conditions created to stop the spread of the virus. As housing advocates, we want to alert you to the relief measures that were adopted to minimize the hurt to our community.
The following Executive Orders and Legal Notices have been issued by the New Jersey Governor, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the President of the United States and PSE&G. These Executive Orders and Legal Notices provide temporary relief from:
Evictions; Certain Foreclosure Cases; Certain Mortgage Payments; Certain Utility Payments.

FHFA Moves to Provide Eviction Suspension Relief for Renters in Multifamily Properties
Today, to keep renters in multifamily properties in their home and to support multifamily property owners during the coronavirus national emergency, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is announcing that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) will offer multifamily property owners mortgage forbearance with the condition that they suspend all evictions for renters unable to pay rent due to the impact of coronavirus. - PSEG
