Legal Seminar and Clinic

Court staff from the criminal division and a representative from Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ) will discuss expungement matters. Topic will include:

• Types of records that can be expunged
• How to file for an expungement
• Criminal Justice Reform

This is an informational seminar only.  Individual cases will not be discussed or resolved.  If you are interested in a clinic appointment, you will be asked to fill out an intake application.
