THE CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Orange Municipal Council will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers 4th Floor, City Hall, 29 North Day Street, Orange, New Jersey.
To the extent now known, the purpose of this meeting is:
- Reschedule PUBLIC HEARING for the CY2018 budget amendments.
- To discuss resolutions amending Resolution 142-2017, 195-2017, 269-2017, 270-2017, 271-2017 and 272-2017 which were previously adopted and authorized the Planning Board to conduct an investigation to determine if certain areas within the City of Orange Township should be determined to be an area in need of redevelopment with condemnation or an area in need of rehabilitation.
- Resolution 253-2018 – A resolution designating Chadwick Capital, LLC as redeveloper in the Lincoln Avenue Redevelopment Area for 595 Lincoln Avenue.
