Public Notice
A Special Meeting of the Orange Municipal Council will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in the Council Chambers, 29 North Day Street at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following legislation:
- 11-2018(WO) – Contract with Samuel Stothoff Company, Inc. for drilling services at Well 4 in an amount not to exceed $37,950.00 (Tabled at the 01/09/18 Council Meeting)
- 16-2018 – A resolution approving the bill list for council meeting vote on January 18, 2018 dated January 12, 2018 and approving checks issued by the Finance Department in accordance with Ordinance 2-95 (Grand Total: $1,730,026.12).
- 17-2018 – A resolution to grant City Attorney’s Office and Business Administrator limited authority to enter into settlement agreements up to $50,000 and $75,000 respectively.
