SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the City of Orange Township will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will include an Executive Session for the purpose of meeting with developers concerning the current status of various redevelopment projects within the City of Orange Township. The Municipal Council will meet with representatives of the developers associated with the following properties:
150 Taylor Street – 150 Taylor Orange Urban Renewal LLC
151 Taylor Street – 151 Taylor Orange Urban Renewal LLC
38–60 Berwyn Street – B & O Urban Renewal Entity, LLC
595 Lincoln Avenue – 595 Lincoln Orange Urban Renewal LLC,
The purpose of the Executive Session is for the developers to provide the Municipal Council with a formal update regarding the current status, progress, development activities, and anticipated next steps for their respective projects. This Special Meeting and Executive Session is being scheduled in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and any other applicable law.
