Public Information Session #2 – City of Orange Township Phase 1 Watershed Inventory Plan (WIP) Report. In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14A and the City of Orange Township’s Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit, a semi-annual Public Information Session is required during the development of a Watershed Inventory Plan (WIP), with the Semi-Annual Public Meeting #2 hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at City of Orange Township City Hall, Council Chambers, 29 North Day Street, Orange, New Jersey 07050.
