ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 

CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting of April 14, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Orange Township adopted the following memorializing resolutions: 

  1. DENYING of the application by Real House, Inc., 485 Park Avenue, Block 1201, Lot: 30, Zone MX2, for a D(1) use variance to convert an existing detached dwelling structure for use as a supportive residential shelter for persons in recovery and/or experiencing homelessness 

Copies of the adopted resolutions, together with the related applications, plans, and other 

supporting documents are on file in the Zoning Department, Orange City Hall, 4th Floor, 29 North Day Street, Orange, NJ 07055 and are available for public inspection Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
