ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting of November 18, 2025, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Orange Township adopted the following memorializing resolutions:
- APPROVING of the application by The Alan Mruvka Company, 391 Lakeside Avenue, Block 1103, Lots 1 located in the R-2 Urban, One-and-Two-Family Residential Zone to internally modify an existing commercial/industrial building and convert it for use as a self-storage facility which required use variance.
Copies of the adopted resolutions, together with the related applications, plans, and other supporting documents are on file in the Zoning Department, Orange City Hall, 4nd Floor, 29 North Day Street, Orange, NJ 07055 and are available for public inspection Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
