Must be 3 years old by October 1, 2021
*  Must Bring All Required Documents To Register *

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Physical Examination
• Child’s Immunization Records
• 2 Proofs of Residency
  (PSE&G Bill, Cable or Telephone Bill, etc.)
  (Months of January or February Only)
• Lease or Mortgage
• Child’s Social Security Card
• Photo ID of Parents or Guardian

We provide Before Care & After Care for a fee  *Program For Parents*  Welcomed
