Notice is hereby given that Ordinance # 40-2026) entitled
An ordinance of the Municipal Council of the City of Orange Township, Essex
County, New Jersey, restructuring and updating Chapter 4, Articles XIII and XIV
of the City of Orange Township Municipal Code.
The above Ordinance was introduced on September 15, 2026 and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Orange Township on October 20, 2026 Regular
Meeting and approved by the Mayor on November 4, 2026
