  Notice is hereby given that Ordinance # 28-2026) entitled

    An ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 210-17.3 definitions and section 17.4 entitle “data centers prohibited” to prohibit the establishment, construction, expansion, or operation of data centers in all zoning districts within the township (Sponsored by Councilmember-At-Large Adrienne Wooten) 

The above Ordinance was introduced on September 1, 2026 and adopted by the City Council of the City of Orange Township on October 6, 2026 Regular Meeting .
