PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a public hearing held on July 22, 2026, the City of Orange Township Planning Board memorialized a resolution approving the application of Lacey-Woode, LLC (the “Applicant”) for preliminary and final site plan, and bulk variance approval, on property located at 470 Park Avenue, designated on the Township Tax Map as Block 1403, Lot 8 (the “Property”). The Applicant received approval to demolish the existing residence and construct a low-rise multi-family residential development consisting of one (1) building containing a total of ten (10) units, together with parking spaces, landscaping, lighting, and other related site improvements.
The Applicant was granted bulk variance relief to permit an existing lot width of 72 feet, where a minimum lot width of 100 feet is required. Additionally, the Applicant was granted a design waiver from the City of Orange Township Code to permit parking spaces measuring 9’ x 18’ (162 square feet), where a minimum parking space size of 9’ x 20’ (180 square feet) is required.
The resolution of approval is on file with the City of Orange Township, Department of Planning & Economic Development, located at 29 North Day Street, Room 305, City of Orange, New Jersey 07050, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
