Building a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant Orange takes all of us. As the City of Orange Township launches its Plan4Health initiative, we are inviting every member of our community to participate.

Whether you are a resident, parent, student, educator, business owner, nonprofit organization, neighborhood association, faith-based organization, healthcare provider, community advocate, or civic leader, your voice matters.

We are asking our community partners to help spread the word by encouraging employees, members, clients, families, volunteers, supporters, and neighbors to complete our brief community survey.

The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes and will help guide future decisions on issues that impact our daily lives, including:

  • Parks and recreation
  • Walking, biking, and transportation
  • Housing and neighborhood development
  • Food access and healthy living
  • Healthcare and wellness
  • Public spaces and community amenities
  • Safety and quality of life

Every response helps ensure that Orange’s future reflects the needs, priorities, and ideas of the people who live, work, learn, worship, and do business in our community.

How You Can Help

Please share the survey through your organization’s:

  • Email newsletters
  • Social media platforms
  • Websites
  • Community meetings
  • Parent communications
  • Employee or member newsletters
  • Bulletins and announcements
  • Word of mouth

Together, we can reach every corner of our community and ensure that every voice has an opportunity to be heard.

Thank you for partnering with the City of Orange Township as we work together to build a healthier, more connected, and more resilient community for generations to come.

If you know of another organization, school, business, neighborhood group, or community partner that would like to participate, please share this invitation and survey. The more voices we hear, the stronger our plan will be.
