NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Orange Township Board of Adjustment will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in a virtual format (zoom link below).

The purpose of the Meeting is to hold a hearing regarding the application of Real House, Inc., 95 Grove Street, Montclair, NJ 07042 seeking approval for preliminary and final site plan approval and for a use Variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit on the premises at 485 Park Avenue, and designated as Block 1201, Lot 30, MX-2 zone district, on the Tax Maps of the City of Orange Township (Property), the Applicant to convert the Property and premises into a supportive residential shelter for men/women in recovery and/or experiencing homelessness.
