PUBLIC NOTICE

THE CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL MEETING 

A Special Virtual Meeting of the Orange Municipal Council will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 12:00 PM via audio-video conferencing. 

To the extent now known, the purpose of this meeting is to adopt Ordinance No. 60-2021 and also to adopt the Bill List from December 21, 2021 Regular Meeting.                                                                                                                                                                                                             

60-2021                  Ordinance of the City of Orange Township, in the County of Essex, 

• State of New Jersey (the “city”) providing for a Special Emergency   Appropriation in the amount of $500,000 to fund contractually required severance liabilities resulting from the retirement of Employees in the City.

• A resolution approving the Bill List for Council Meeting vote on December 21, 2021 dated December 15, 2021 and approving checks issued by the Finance Department in accordance with Ordinance 2-95. (Grand Total: $17,608,956.15)
