THE CITY OF ORANGE TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION

A Special Virtual Meeting of the Orange Municipal Council will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. via Audio -Video Conferencing app.  

To the extent now known, the purpose of this meeting is the following:

317-2021 A resolution authorizing the City of Orange Township to enter into an agreement with SUEZ Water Environmental Services, Inc., to serve as the principal contractor and to provide planning, design, engineering and construction services for the rehabilitation and reconditioning of water wells Five (5) and Eight (8) for a contract amount not to exceed $2,181,000.00.

318-2021 A resolution to hold an Executive (Closed) Session to discuss pending or anticipated litigation.
