The City of Orange Code Enforcement Department will be in these neighborhoods to issue INSPECTION WARNINGS on the following dates:
June 2 – Scotland Road
June 3 – 5 South Ward
June 8 – 10 West Ward
June 11 – 12 Main Street
June 15 – 17 East Ward
June 18, 19 and 22 North Ward
INSPECTION WARNINGS will include but are not limited to:
- Debris/Junk on a Property
- Uncut/Unkept Landscaping
- Peeling Paint
- Broken Windows
- Broken Shutters
- Loose Garbage
- Illegally Parked or Abandoned Vehicles
- Paving Over Yards
- Work Being Done Without Permits
- Illegal Multi-Family Conversions
- Illegal Use of Property
- Commercial Use of Residential Property
- Illegal Signs
- Illegal Banners
- Merchandise in Windows
- Deteriorated Roofing
- Damaged Retaining Walls
- Deteriorated Sidewalks and Driveways
- Graffiti

Residential properties shall be given a 20-day warning period to address the violations before tickets are issued.
Commercial properties may be issued tickets upon inspection.
