Will Provide COVID – 19 Testing for Orange Residents on June 23
and June 24, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

WALK UPS ACCEPTED…NO NEED FOR AN APPOINTMENT

All insurance is accepted. I.D. is required. If you have “managed care”, then you need a referral from your doctor to get tested. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. If you do not have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, please bring your Social Security card to be tested.

If you do not have any insurance or a social security card there will be a monetary fee.

Testing is for Orange residents only.

The test will take about 10 minutes and will be administered with an oral swab by a licensed nurse or physician.

Due to the anticipated crowd, please obey signs and directions when you arrive and OBSERVE ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
